Terms of Service
Last updated June 2, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Triplema PR & Media (“Triplema,” “we,” “us,” “our”), the operator of the website at https://triplema.in and the related editorial, newsletter, directory and PR services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. What we offer
The Services include, depending on how you engage with us:
- Editorial content — articles, founder interviews, lists, directories, and newsletters published on the site.
- PR services — press release drafting, distribution, sponsored editorial placements, and related advisory work delivered under a separate signed engagement.
- Submission & directory tools — forms that let you submit a press release, suggest a story, list a company, founder, tool or launch, or sign up for the newsletter.
- AI-assisted features — including the chatbot, headline / excerpt / SEO assistants, social-pack generator and PR-draft generator. These rely on third-party models and may produce inaccurate output; review before publishing.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to bind any entity on whose behalf you act.
4. Accounts & security
Some features require an account, created via Google sign-in or an email magic link. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at hello@triplema.in if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Your submissions
“Submissions” means any content you send us through forms, comments, profile fields or email — including press releases, tips, story suggestions, company/founder listings, comments and feedback.
By making a Submission you confirm that:
- You own or have all rights necessary to share it with us;
- The Submission does not infringe any third-party rights;
- The information is accurate and not misleading at the time of submission; and
- The Submission is not unlawful, defamatory, or abusive.
You grant Triplema a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, edit (for length, clarity or house style), publish and distribute your Submission across the Services and our partner channels, in connection with our editorial and PR activities. You retain ownership of your underlying intellectual property and may ask us to remove a Submission at any time by emailing hello@triplema.in — we will action the request promptly subject to live legal or contractual obligations.
6. Editorial independence & sponsored content
Editorial coverage is decided by our editors. Submitting a press release, purchasing a directory listing or engaging us for PR services does not guarantee editorial coverage. Where content is paid or sponsored, it is clearly labelled as “Sponsored,” “Partner content” or similar.
7. Our intellectual property
Except for your Submissions and third-party content clearly attributed to others, all content on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, the Triplema wordmark, software and the underlying design — is owned by Triplema or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and read the Services for personal and professional reading.
8. Things you may not do
- Scrape, mirror, frame or systematically copy the Services or use them to train any model, except via APIs we publish for that purpose;
- Republish, resell, or redistribute editorial content without prior written permission;
- Attempt to access non-public areas, disrupt the Services, or circumvent rate limits, access controls or security measures;
- Upload malicious code, send unsolicited bulk messages, or impersonate anyone;
- Use the Services to publish content that is defamatory, hateful, harassing, invasive of privacy, infringing, or otherwise unlawful;
- Use any AI-assisted feature to produce content that misleads readers about its origin or that violates the policies of the underlying model provider.
9. Third-party services
The Services rely on third-party providers — including but not limited to hosting, email (Resend), AI models (OpenAI), analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), authentication (Google), and image / asset CDNs. Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant provider's terms. External links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party sites.
10. Disclaimers
The Services and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triplema disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any editorial coverage, ranking, AI output or directory listing will produce a particular result.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triplema and its officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services — even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 10,000 (or its equivalent).
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Triplema from and against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (i) your Submissions, (ii) your breach of these Terms, or (iii) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Submissions, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity — will survive.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top and, where appropriate, by additional notice on the Services. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India — except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.
